In 2005 and 2006, Depeche Mode were on tour with their "Touring The Angel" concert. At the end of the shows, drummer Christian Eigner had the entire touring band (himself, along with Dave Gahan, Martin Gore, Andy Fletcher, Peter Gordeno) sign one of the two drum heads used on the drum kit that was on tour.

In memory of Darrell Ives, Christian has supplied the drum head for auction, to benefit The Darrell Ives Trust (created for his children Vinnie and Keonna).

100% of the proceeds from this auction item will go to the Darrell Ives Trust.

Durante il Touring The Angel, Christian Eigner alla fine di ogni live ha firmato e fatto firmare a tutta la band uno dei tamburi della sua batteria. In memoria di Darrel Ives, Eigner ha deciso di metterlo all'asta su E-bay e il ricavato sarà tutto devoluto a beneficio del The Darrel Ives Trust (creato per i suoi bambini Vinnie e Keonna).
L'asta terminerà in meno di 10 giorni.

Depeche Mode is to release a brand new live DVD in early 2010. The news has been confirmed to us by the band's record label EMI. The DVD/CD, (to be) shot during the band's current "Tour of the universe", will be their 6th live video (and 5th live DVD). No details have been revealed about where the recordings will (or have) take(n) place. The news will not come as a complete surprise to many as Depeche Mode have been issuing live video recordings of every album tour since "Songs of faith and devotion" with the exception of the "Ultra" album.

Dice: la EMI ha confermato che agli inizi del 2010 verrà registrato il 5 DVD live dei Depeche Mode. Non si sa ancora dove avverranno le riprese.

Un altro DVD in Italia è decisamente improbabile e soprattutto ingiusto nei confronti di tanti paesi che non hanno mai avuto questo onore!

Però quando verranno a Torino li impressioneremo sotto tutti i punti di vista!!!!!!!!!

Per la registrazione del prossimo DVD si parla della Città del Messico, il 3 e il 4 Ottobre!!!

Su Home, Peter fa intendere che comunque si è già deciso tutto da tempo..chissà...

Comunque sarebbe bello se decidessero di filmare in Messico!!!

Però voglio Dave che sale sul palco con il sombrero il poncho e..... L'ESTATHE!!!! XD

Nessuna news ufficiale, lo sarà quando verrà confermato dal sito ufficiale ma ecco le prime indiscrezione per quanto riguarda il dvd che verrà registrato.

Ci sarà un CD AUDIO che verrà registrato a Lima, poi il dvd comprenderà immagini prese dai concerti della leg sudamericana!
Quindi ci sarà un mix dei live di:
Messico
Costa Rica
Colombia
Peru
Cile
Argentina

Hole To Feed Video Premier in Myspace

The British band Depeche Mode music video premieres this Friday on the topic "Hole to feed," from her latest album "Sounds of the Universe", through their website on MySpace.

In addition to premiering the video for the single "Hole to feed", Depeche Mode will be seen on the HBO teaser for the final of the television series "True Blood".

I Depeche Mode hanno ben due nomination agli UK MUSIC AWARD 2009 con il video Wrong!!

Nella categoria BEST ROCK VIDEO insieme ai Coldplay ( "Life in the Techno Color Part II" and "Strawberry Swing"), ai Glasvegas ( "Flowers and Football Tops"), Oasis ( "Falling Down") e The Dead Weather ( "Treat Me Like Your Mother").

E nella categoria di Best Visual Video Effects..insieme ai Coldplay ( "Life in the Techno Color Part II"), ai Glasvegas ( "Flowers and Football Tops'), Miike Snow (" Animal "), Monkey (" Monkey Bee ") and The XX (" Basic Space " ).

I premi verranno assegnati il 13 Ottobre.


Che dire..Wrong è un signor video altro che la fuffa vista in Hole to feed (un occasione davvero sprecata)...visto che il video di wrong merita spero che si portino a casa almeno un premio!
